Rodney works hard to make important contributions to the betterment of his client’s financial status and to the success of their businesses.

Rodney and his wife, Amber, live in Cabarrus county and are proud parents to their son, Barrington. In his spare time, Rodney enjoys golf, the Carolina Panther football games, and spending time with his family.
Mitchell Beatty is a financial professional with Wealth Management of the Carolinas and has over 20 years of experience, knowledge, and dedication serving the needs of pre-retirees and retirees. Mitchell is a skilled financial professional, applying the latest estate planning techniques to design and implement personalized strategies that can help to reduce financial risk, lower taxes, avoid probate, and protect assets in retirement through the use of various insurance products. Mitchell credits his success to always treating others the way he would like to be treated and always trying to make a positive difference in the lives of his clients.
Mitchell graduated from Wingate University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Mitchell is a member of the Better Business Bureau and enjoys regular worship services at Elevation Church. He is also a member and award recipient of the Million Dollar Round Table, an independent association of leading life insurance and financial services professionals who demonstrate exceptional professional knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding client service.
Mitchell has been married to his beautiful wife Donna for 26 years. They are both natives of North Carolina and the proud parents of their daughter Michaela, who is currently a junior at Catawba College. Mitchell is an avid golfer and skier who also enjoys traveling, meeting new people and staying in shape at the local YMCA.
Born, raised, and continuing to reside in Cabarrus County, Keith Riley has nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry and has spent his career helping boomers and seniors save and invest for their financial goals and retirement needs.
Keith takes pride in having protected and provided strong financial advice for his clients through some of the worst market corrections of the history of the stock market. He makes it his goal to ease the financial concerns his clients face up to, and throughout retirement.
Keith’s goals as an advisor for his clients are communication, honesty, ability to understand their needs, a strong philosophy and approach, ongoing monitoring, and performance track record. This approach is unique to each client and therefore focuses on two main goals: making sure clients know the importance of protecting their financial assets, and utilizing a unique and more customized specific three-step process to plan, protect, and preserve his client’s life savings and also help his valued clients reach their retirement. With the interest of his clients in mind, Keith completed the Certified Financial Planner (CFP ® ) curriculum at Queens University in Charlotte NC. Keith developed his investment management acumen starting in 2001 with St. Louis brokerage firm Edward D. Jones. He later became an independent advisor representative with Linsco Private Ledger (LPL) and now is an integral part of Wealth Management of the Carolinas, Inc.
Keith graduated from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC with a B.A. in Public
Relations and minor in Business. When Keith is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife Janna and their two wonderful children, Julia and Baron, staying physically fit through exercise, and playing the guitar. Keith and his family reside in Concord, NC.

Property & Casualty Specialist
Chase is the Property & Casualty Specialist at Wealth Management of the Carolinas, Inc. Being a knowledgeable resource to his clients and their families is a key aspect of his daily interaction.
Chase is a graduate of Pfeiffer University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Leadership with a concentration in Marketing. While at Pfeiffer, he served as the 2015-2016 North Carolina State President of Phi Beta Lambda, going on to lead his state against the rest of the country and acquire a huge number of awards for business-related excellence on the National Stage. He himself took home 2nd place in the state and 7th place in the nation for Business Presentation, along with 1st place in the State and top 15 in the nation for Impromptu Speaking.
After earning his Bachelor’s Degree, Chase spent his first year out of school working across the country as the Director of Marketing for a Digital Marketing Agency. This ultimately led him into the field of Property & Casualty Insurance with one of the largest insurance companies in the United States. Committing nearly a half decade to mastering the field of property and casualty, Chase knows how to protect his clients and uncover new savings all at once. Over the past number of years he has taken his accrued skills and love for helping people to an entirely different level. Learning to listen to the wants and needs of his clients has allowed him to become the kind of professional he has always aspired to be—a noble one.
Chase was born and currently resides in Cabarrus County. When he’s not quoting a client’s home & auto, you can find Chase playing basketball, disc golf, or enjoying time with his family and friends.
Executive Assistant to Mitchell H Beatty
LuAnn joined the firm in 2012 and is an Investment Advisor Representative and Executive Assistant. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with over 18 years in the financial services industry. Helping people is truly LuAnn’s passion. LuAnn strives to offer superior client services through attention to detail, good listening skills and great empathy. She also provides administrative support to Mitchell Beatty.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she received her BS in Accounting, LuAnn holds her Series 65 registration. In addition, she is licensed with the state of North Carolina to offer Life, Health and Long-Term Care Insurance.
LuAnn is an active life-long member of Mount Moriah Lutheran Church and enjoys volunteering in her community. LuAnn and her husband Alvin are Rowan County natives and proud parents of their three children, Meredith, Holly and Dalton.
