Our Process

Before we tell you about us, let’s see if we can guess who you are. You’ve worked hard for the money that you have. In return, you want that money to work hard for you in retirement. Vacations, time with the grandkids, that home project that’s been waiting patiently for years… you want to enjoy your well-deserved post-working years. Does this sound like you?

If so, does this sound like someone who deserves a cookie-cutter approach to preparing for retirement?

At Wealth Management of the Carolinas our offices are cookie-cutter free. We believe that your retirement strategy should be as individual as you are. Through our consistent multi-step process we can discover the unique attributes of your situation and apply those to your individual strategy, helping you to make the most out of your retirement savings.

Step 1: Discovery

Our first appointment will be a no-obligation opportunity for us to get to know each other better.  During this fact finding stage, we will ask a series of questions in order to find out more about your current financial situation and your goals for the future. We also provide an overview of general financial planning and retirement concepts that may be incorporated as part of our recommendations.

Step 2: Customized Financial Strategy

After our initial meeting we will formulate a customized financial strategy for you. We will present our recommendations, which have been customized to your specific situation and goals, and we will take as much time as needed to fully answer any questions you  may  have. Once we have made the decision to proceed with the recommended strategy we will begin implementation. We will be here for every step of the implementation phase to ensure that 1) we solve your concerns, 2) you have a complete understanding and 3) you absolutely love it.

Step 3: Maintenance

Quarterly, semi-annual and annual reviews are part of the quality and service commitment to provide ongoing, proactive management for you.  Your needs can change over time and by scheduling regular reviews we can better anticipate any needs before they happen. We also host regular financial workshops and invite clients to attend at least one of these during the yearas an opportunity for a financial refresher, as well as an information exchange.

Step 4: Legacy and Advanced Beneficiary Planning

As your wealth accumulates we can assist with creating your legacy. This step will assist with the secure transfer of assets to your spouse, other family members or charitable bequests that are in accordance with your wishes; and the eventual creation of a living legacy.

Wealth Management of the Carolinas’ commitment to our clients is built on the cornerstone of two words and one golden rule. Word one: Trust. We are going to be there before our clients need us. Word two: dedication. Our ultimate goal is always to enhance our clients’ financial situation without taking any unnecessary financial risks. Finally, that one golden rule we mentioned comes from someone you may be familiar with.Warren Buffet’s golden rule is: “Rule No.1: Never lose money. Rule No.2: Never forget rule No.1".

At Wealth Management of the Carolinas we live by this golden rule for you.

WEALTH MANAGEMENT of the CAROLINAS, prides itself on providing quality products and superior service to every client of the firm. Our primary focus is always to enhance and, ultimately, preserve both our client's wealth and their estates within each individual situation...
